Terms of Service

Welcome to Growently. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Growently for using our social media scheduling service. By creating an account or using Growently, you agree to them.

1. The service

Growently is a tool that helps TikTok and Instagram creators plan, organize, and schedule their content — including a content calendar, media library, post queues, and bulk uploading. Growently is offered "as is" while we continue to build and improve it. Some features may be labeled planned, beta, or coming soon.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Growently. You agree to provide an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13). Let us know at negarrazz1380@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of the videos, images, captions, and other content you upload to Growently. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, display, and — when you connect an account and approve a post — publish that content to the platform you choose. We do not claim any ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for the content you schedule, including making sure you have the rights to it and that it complies with the rules of the platform you post to.

4. Connecting TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you also agree to that platform's own terms and developer policies. Growently acts only within the access those platforms grant through their official APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok or Meta. Those platforms may change their APIs or rules at any time, which can affect features in Growently.

To keep Growently safe and reliable, you agree not to:

6. Plans and payment

Growently offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Where paid plans apply, the price and what's included will be shown before you subscribe. We will give reasonable notice of any material change to pricing. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Growently available and dependable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops. If we ever plan to discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your content.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Growently is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party platforms, including changes to their APIs, content decisions, account restrictions, or the reach your posts receive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growently's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Growently and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and liability) continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Growently grows. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Growently after a change means you accept the updated terms.
