Connect your TikTok account

Dashboard → Connect account → TikTok → approve on TikTok's official login page. We never see your password; access uses TikTok's official API tokens, refreshed automatically. Disconnect any time in Settings — tokens are deleted immediately.

Schedule your first post

New Post → drop in a video (or Choose from your library) → caption + hashtags → pick who can view (defaults to Public) → set date & time → Schedule post. It publishes automatically at that minute and appears on your Calendar. Leave the time blank to publish right now.

Using the Media Library

Upload videos once; reuse them in any post without re-uploading. Search, sort and filter your files; video thumbnails generate automatically. Storage: 50 GB on Creator, 250 GB on Pro, kept while your plan is active.

Bulk scheduling with CSV

More → Bulk Upload → Download the CSV starter file. Columns: caption, platform, date (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM), media_filename (must match a video already in your library), hashtags, first_comment, notes. Rows with media + a date schedule instantly; incomplete rows save as drafts. The starter file's six example rows demonstrate every rule.

Evergreen queues & cadence

More → Queues: drop proven posts into a queue, then Set schedule (e.g. Mon & Thu at 6 PM). Growently automatically promotes the oldest queued draft to the next slot — your calendar refills itself. Queues are a Pro feature.

Approvals workflow

In New Post choose Send for approval (under the Schedule button's ▾ menu). The post waits in More → Approvals until someone approves it — approval keeps the originally chosen publish time. Nothing publishes without a yes.

TikTok audience & interaction settings

Every TikTok post has audience control (Public / Friends / Only me — options mirror your TikTok account's allowed set), comment/duet/stitch toggles, and branded-content disclosure. Your last audience choice is remembered. Note: branded partnership content is always posted Public, per TikTok's rules.

Plans, billing & proration

Settings → Plans & billing shows your plan, renewal date, next payment, card and recent invoices. Upgrades are prorated automatically — you pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle and your renewal date never moves. Cancel any time; access continues until the period ends, and nothing is deleted.

Timezone settings

Your timezone is detected automatically from your device and used for all scheduled times. Change it any time in Settings → Timezone — useful when you schedule for an audience in another region.

Reset your password

Sign-in screen → Forgot password? → enter your email → open the link we send → choose a new password on the reset page. You're signed in automatically after. Link expired? Request a fresh one the same way.

Why a post shows Failed

Open the post from your Calendar — the exact reason is shown. Common causes: TikTok connection expired (reconnect in Settings), video file missing, or a plan limit reached. Failed posts are never retried silently; fix the cause, pick a new time, and reschedule.

First-comment scheduling

In New Post, the First comment field (150-char limit) posts automatically right after your video goes live — creators use it to park hashtags or a link so the caption stays clean.

Delete your account & data

Settings → Delete account, or follow growently.com/data-deletion. All content, media, tokens and personal data are removed within 30 days per our privacy policy. Disconnecting TikTok alone (without deleting the account) immediately revokes and deletes its tokens.
